In the event of a power outage, our Emergency Services continue to be available 24/7 by calling 519-853-3701 or viewing our online power outage map: Power Outage Map.

We will reopen to respond to you by phone or e-mail on Monday, January 4th at 8:30 am.

You can access many self-service features such as viewing your account, reporting a move, or viewing current power outage information on our website.

Time-of-Use Holiday Schedule:
December 25, 26, 27 & 28 – Off-Peak All Day
December 24, 29, 30 & 31 – Winter Schedule
January 1, 2 & 3 – Off-Peak All Day
