If you want to sign a contact with an energy retailer, take your time, do your research and compare prices. There are several licensed retailers operating in our service territory. Shop around to make sure you are signing a contract that is right for you.
If you have signed a contract, you can still change your mind. After you receive a copy of your contract, you have 10 days to cancel it. This is your opportunity to read the contract in detail. Research any questions you may have. Be comfortable with your choice. You may cancel it at any time during this 10-day period by contacting the company. You must cancel in writing.
