To the Halton Hills Community

As the COVID-19 Pandemic continues, you can count on us to continue to provide safe and reliable electricity services. As an essential service, Halton Hills Hydro is committed to being there for our customers.

We are continuing to work in the community to perform important maintenance and construction activities on our distribution system. We have implemented measures to keep our workers and the public safe. Please help us keep our team safe and healthy by respecting social distancing when interacting with us. Please stay back at least 2 metres if you need to talk to our crews. Otherwise, a friendly wave or smile goes a long way to show your support for our front line staff.

On behalf of the entire Halton Hills Hydro team, I’d like to express our thanks to all of the first responders and other front line workers who are continuing to keep us safe and provide us with the services we need during this difficult time. We will continue to make sure that for our hospital and other essential services, our businesses and our residents can count on us for a reliable supply of electricity.

I would also like to express our gratitude to the number of thoughtful members of our community who have either reached out to us directly or posted signs at their home or business thanking us and other front line workers for the work we do. These small gestures make such a difference in our day. Thank you.
